Federation Premier: Olympic 3, Marist 3 In a dour match Olympic went 1-0 up with a good goal to Steve Romijn, Marist replied to make it 1-1 at half time. Olympic again went 2-1 ahead and again Marist replied. The last ten minutes saw Olympic 3-2 ahead but a defensive error followed by a corner let Marist snatch a point for a deserved 3-3 draw. Federation Reserve, Olympic 0, Marist 1 Marist dominated the first half and came close to scoring on several occasions as Olympics defence was continuously caught out. Second half Olympic played better and finnaly threatened the Marist goal with no luck. Marist scored the only goal late in the game to take it 1-0. Capital 2: Olympic 1, Miramar 10 Top of the table (Miramar) versus bottom of the table (Olympic) with the expetced result. Capital 3: Olympic 1, Lower Hutt 2 2nd loss in a row for Olympic following 5 strait wins. Still second on the table and looking to come back next week. Capital 10: Olympic 6, SV Bedrocks 2 Another win to the "Doctrors" team keeps them on track at the top of the table. Capital 13: Olympic 5, Marist 0 Two goals apiece for star strikers Raptis and Votsikas in the first half allowed Olympic the luxury of cruising through the 2nd half. Tasos made it 5-0 in the last 10 minutes to round out a top performance. Masters 1: Olympic 3, Waterside Turtles 3 Olympic was 3-0 down after 20 minutes playing into a stiff breeze and blinding sun. However just before half time George K scored a ripper to make it 3-1. 2nd half was all Olympic with Chris Christie doing the damage with 2 classic goals. The Turtles keeper was all heroics and he saved shot after shot to deny Olympic a win. 3-3 was a very fair result in a game of 2 halves.
